- Andrew lives near downtown Lawrence in an older 3-bedroom home.
- Andrew uses the largest bedroom and the housemate would have use of both of the smaller bedrooms.

- The house has central heat and air-conditioning, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, cable TV, and both wired and wireless broadband internet service. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor.
- All utilities are included in the rent of $300/mo.
- Other than attending 1 meeting each month, the housemate would have no support staff obligations. He or she would only have to be a friendly roommate.
