Thank you for your interest in our position! Valiant Endeavors is currently hiring support staff  for	Andrew, a 32-year-old man, who has Aspergers Syndrome, a high-functioning form of autism.
Andrew lives near downtown Lawrence	with his dog, Maggie, and a non-disabled housemate.
	Andrew needs support staff in the evenings.  The staff needs to help Andrew with basic household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and keeping nutritious food in the house.  Andrew also needs help with socialization (talking, playing games) and getting out of the house. He also needs transportation for shopping and running errands.
The current staff opening involves working one or two week nights, every other Friday, and Sunday afternoon. Hours are somewhat negotiable, but they need to be scheduled in the evening, for a duration of approximately three hours. Andrew works until 7:00 several days a weeks, so those days staff hours need to be scheduled around Andrew's work schedule. Starting pay is $9.50/hr.
